After the problems or questions were known, we will immediately analyze the reason, and the solutions will be given by phone, email in case of easy problems or questions. If the problems cannot be solved via email or phone, we will send engineers to site till problem solved.
 
During the warranty period, in the following conditions (including but not limited to)  our maintenance service should be paid:
 
● Faults or damage caused by abnormal operations, man-made or natural disasters, improper keeping and maintenance;
● Faults or damage caused by the user's modification, dis-assembly, or assembly of the equipment;
● Replacement of normal fragile parts (including but not limited to: seals, valve cores, filters, accessories, lost program software, etc.)
